Floral Revolution is dedicated to capturing the essence of each couple's unique floral needs, letting our signature garden inspired designs perfectly enhance the overall look and feel of your special day.
For full service ceremony and reception florals requiring delivery and installation, a minimum investment of $2500 is required.
For more intimate gatherings and elopements, we are experts at crafting florals with the same attention to detail and quality as our full service offerings without the complexity of large-scale planning.
No matter the size of your wedding we are here to help you create meaningful and memorable florals.

THE WEDDING PROCESS
At Floral Revolution we strive to provide each of our clients with a positive,
collaborative and stress-free experience from start to finish. We promise to provide florals of the highest quality, while creating designs that perfectly accent your special day.
1. Initial Inquiry
Tell us about your wedding by completing our online inquiry form so we can get to know you better.
2. Questionnaire Review
We will review your questionnaire and send you our pricing guide to ensure our design values align.
4. Booking + Retainer
To secure your date, a 10% retainer is required. Once that is finalized you are officially in the books.
5. Check In
4 weeks prior to your special day we will arrange a check in phone call to finalize details, discuss delivery, and organize final payment.
3. Custom Proposal
A personalized wedding proposal is created to reflect your unique needs. Our wedding contract is also included for your review.
6. Your Wedding
Our team will execute every dreamy wedding detail.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you have a wedding minimum?
For full service weddings that require setup or installation services there is a $2500 minimum investment. For smaller weddings or elopements, floral designs can be chosen from our A La Carte offerings.
How far in advance should I inquire about your wedding services?
For full service floral design, bridal clients should reach out approximately 1 year prior to their wedding date. For smaller A La Carte weddings, 1-2 months prior is recommended to secure your date.
How far do you travel?
Floral Revolution will travel within a 2 hour radius of London, with delivery charges reflecting necessary travel time and cost of fuel.
How can I book you as my wedding/event florist?
After filling out the first few steps of the Wedding Process, you will receive your formal proposal. We then require each couple to acknowledge they have gone through the details and have read Floral Revolution’s Terms + Conditions by signing our contract. After that, a 10% retainer is required to reserve your wedding date.
Can I make changes after signing the contract and paying the retainer?
To ensure the smooth delivery of our products and services, Floral Revolution requires notice of changes to your order at least 4 weeks prior to your wedding or event. Once flowers have been ordered and final payment has been made, we will do our utmost to accommodate requested changes, but regret that no guarantees can be made. Should you need to decrease your order once final payment has been made, refunds will not be permitted, but monies will be re-allocated to enhance existing arrangements.
Do you offer rentals?
With a focus on sustainability, Floral Revolution offers a selection of rentals to help reduce our ecological footprint. This includes vessels, candles + candle holders, ceremony backdrops and pillars. Clients may also provide their own vases and vessels, but they must be approved beforehand to ensure that size and proportion are appropriate.
